I created an essential oil application protocol - a lovely and specific experience of consciously applying key oils to specific parts of the body.
Take some time with this, ideally after a shower or bath or at bedtime, to experience a lightness and brightening of your emotional body.
To enjoy the Just Add Light Oil Experience, gather your oils, and apply 2-3 drops of each along with a small amount of Fractionated Coconut Oil:
Geranium and Balance, for trust and tolerance; grounding and perseverance.
Apply over the Adrenal glands (lower back/just below the ribcage).
Lime and Breathe/EasyAir, for courage and delight; openness and releasing grief.
Apply over the lungs (front and/or back).
Siberian Fir and Marjoram, for forgiveness and adaptability; connection and healing.
Apply over the lower back/sacrum.
Stronger Touch, for inner strength, resilience, and vitality.
Roll down the entire spine and bottoms of feet.
Myrrh Touch, for nourishing our relationship with all mothers, including Mother Earth.
Apply at the base of the skull (just below the hairline).
Rose Touch, for healing of the heart, empathy, authenticity, grace, and compassion.
Apply over the heart.
Jasmine Touch, for purity, innocence, and self-acceptance.
Roll across the top of the pubic bone, from inner hip to inner hip.
Shinrin-Yoku Touch, to create feelings of stillness, purification, and harmony.
Roll up the inside of the forearms, from inner wrists to elbows.
While applying these oils, breathe in feelings of peace, love, joy, gratitude, and connection.
Breathe out stress, fear, lack, and grief.
Hold a vision of expansion of Light and Love as you repeat the breathing while applying.
Consider following this oil application protocol daily through the month, morning and evening. Continue the breathing exercise and holding the intention as you apply.
